Mellora is about to embark on a new EPC venture on a 2-acre plot located in Dharavi Mumbai. This will be a mixed-use development of about 450,000 m2 and will house both retail and commercial space. The project, which is adjoining BKC, will also have a line to the Dharavi Metro Rail station and has already been successful in getting the right to the concourse directly linking the DMS to the parking of the development.
